Book Review: “Mere Christianity” by C.S. Lewis

This is a fascinating book.

It was first published around 60 years ago, outdated with reference to names of some ethnic and religious groups, but still very relevant.

If you are searching to find the purpose of life, want to know if there really is a God or take your faith seriously, this book will have something for you.

It is a challenging read, requiring thought and consideration. The explanations provided on some very difficult, intangible and sometimes uncomprehendeble topics are very insightful though.

This is the first book of C.S. Lewis I read. I k now very little about the man, but his honesty and sincerity in writing this can almost be sensed whilst reading it.

I rate this as well worth a read.
